Orders and Delivery

Payments must be in £GBP unless otherwise stated, the exchange rate that will apply is determined by your card issuer. All payments are handled securely by PayPal. You agree to accept the terms and conditions imposed by PayPal. (please see www.paypal.co.uk) Payment will be debited from your card before the dispatch of the goods you have purchased. Upon processing a transaction, PayPal will email you an electronic transaction receipt which will be sent to the email address you provide. Mostlywanted will then also send you an email confirming your order and that the payment has been received. Please keep both of these emails for your records.

Price and availability are subject to change without notice. Goods will be processed and sent to you once you have placed an order and we have received payment as cleared funds. In the case of an ordered item becoming out of stock, items will be allocated on a time-ordered basis and a full refund offered to all excess orders.

In the event that an item is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for such item listed at the incorrect price, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your card charged. If your card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall issue you a refund in the amount of the incorrect price.

Mostlywanted will notify you once your order has been dispatched and make every effort to ensure your purchase reaches you in perfect condition. Please see the notes on the about prints page for care of your purchase.

Additional Information

In the event that prints are lost or damaged in transit, please get in touch immediately. In the case of items received damaged or faulty please retain the item and packaging and get in touch within 24 hours of receipt. Damaged goods may be requested to be sent back. Upon receipt, the item will be either exchanged or refunded. Refunds will only be made by payment type that you used for the original order. Any returned items must be covered by some form of postal / delivery insurance. Mostlywanted accept no liability for returned items lost or damaged in transit.
